Prudai for Outlook (LEO only)
Prudai for Outlook brings LEO to your mailbox. The add-in opens a task pane next to your email, so you can handle case work around email — filing, summarizing, replying — without leaving Outlook.
Important: the AI never sends email itself. Every draft reply appears as a regular Outlook draft that you review, edit, and send yourself. Nothing is filed automatically either: every save action first asks for your explicit confirmation.
What the add-in can do
Section titled “What the add-in can do”- Save an email conversation to a case file — store a message or an entire conversation in a case file (project). The emails land in the project knowledge base, so LEO can use them as context; if the case file is linked to ORDO, they are filed there.
- Save attachments to a case file — choose per attachment whether to store it as a separate document in the case file.
- Summarize an email or conversation — have LEO summarize the open message, or (if your admin has activated the Microsoft mail connection) the full conversation in chronological order.
- Draft a reply — have LEO write a draft reply from a received email and open it pre-filled as a reply in Outlook. If you are composing a message yourself, you can also insert LEO output directly at the cursor position.

Supported Outlook clients
Section titled “Supported Outlook clients”The add-in works in regular Outlook with a Microsoft 365 account:
