Onboarding tour
The Prudai Platform has an interactive tour that walks you through the main areas, with a separate tour per product and a fitting demo case.
Which tours exist?
Section titled “Which tours exist?”- LEO — broad legal demo, including a research step.
- LEO MKB — same base as LEO, but skips the research step.
- VERA — tour around an environmental-law and BIM coordination example.
- ZIA — tour around a care-sector / internal-matter example.
Which tour you see depends on the active product. If you switch product, you can start the matching tour there.
When does the tour start?
Section titled “When does the tour start?”- Often automatically for new accounts (if your organization enables it).
- Available in LEO, LEO MKB, VERA, and ZIA.
- You must be signed in.
Restart the tour
Section titled “Restart the tour”In the user menu (top right), there is typically an option like “Redo tour”. The tour shown matches whichever product is currently active.
If you do not see it:
- your account may not be configured for onboarding, or
- your environment is missing the tour status setup.
What does the tour cover?
Section titled “What does the tour cover?”The tour is demo-first and shows value in this order:
- Create a prefilled demo project with one click (legal in LEO, BIM coordination in VERA, care/internal matter in ZIA).
- See the document pipeline progress in real time (
pending -> processing -> chunking -> embedding -> indexing -> completed). - Quickly review the Tasks (formerly “kanban”) and Timeline tabs for case structure.
- Run an automatic scenario-planning prompt in project chat and get a live Mermaid graph.
- Open Knowledge to review enabled sources.
- Return to chat for Deep Think, then Prompt Library, then Attach files.
Important for the chat demo step:
- The prompt is inserted and sent automatically.
- During this step, the prompt is temporarily non-editable.
- Input unlocks again after the demo response completes.
Product-specific differences:
- LEO includes an extra Jurisprudence/Research step that auto-starts a predefined run for the demo case.
- LEO MKB intentionally skips Research.
- VERA emphasises environmental sources (Omgevingswet, IPLO, official publications) and, where relevant, BIM files.
- ZIA focuses on internal knowledge, project documents, and tasks; there are no public legal source families and no research step.
Vakgebied (specialization) stepper
Section titled “Vakgebied (specialization) stepper”Independent of the product-specific tour, on first sign-in you will see a short Vakgebied stepper with three steps: legal areas, role, and industries. At the end of step 3 the profile saves automatically. If you skip it, you will see a one-time reminder pop-up. This profile shapes suggestions across all three products.
Tip: even if you skip the tour, you can always restart it later from the user menu.
