API & integrations
The Prudai platform (LEO, LEO Fiscaal, ZIA, VERA, BEVER and IRMA) has an internal API that powers the web app and the official integrations. That API is intentionally not published as an open API for end users, and there is no way to create an API key yourself.
If you arrived here from a search engine, this is the short answer: there is no public Prudai API and no self-service API key. Integrating is possible, but through one of the integrations below or through an agreed custom integration.
What this means for you
Section titled “What this means for you”- As a lawyer or end user you do not need to do anything here. You work in the web app and the add-ins for Word, Outlook and Excel; everything you need is there.
- As an admin or IT who wants to connect Prudai to your own tooling (a DMS, intake form or e-signing platform, for instance): that is possible, but always via an agreed integration and never via an API key you create yourself.
- If you are looking for an API reference to build against: there is none. The API description is generated internally and not published, and the endpoints sit behind a signed-in user or a server-to-server connection.
What we do support
Section titled “What we do support”- Microsoft SSO + SharePoint for sign-in and documents. See SSO (Microsoft) + SharePoint setup.
- Word add-in: LEO inside Microsoft Word, with selection context, insertion and Word-style suggestions. See Word add-in.
- Outlook add-in: save emails and attachments to a case file, summarize conversations and draft replies. This integration has its own administrator rollout and its own Microsoft Graph scope (delegated
Mail.Read, with admin consent) for full conversations. See Prudai for Outlook and the administrator guide. - Excel add-in: the assistant in a task pane plus deterministic worksheet functions (
=PRUDAI.WETTELIJKERENTE,=PRUDAI.CONTANTEWAARDEand relatives) right inside your sheet. See Prudai for Excel. - ORDO integration: a Prudai case file can be linked to a matter in ORDO, the practice-management and document system. In the Outlook add-in you simply pick such a linked case file as the destination: emails and attachments then land in ORDO instead of in the project knowledge base.
- Custom integrations (DMS, CRM, intake forms) are arranged through your account manager and set up and documented per organization.
