Prudai Platform documentation (for users)
This documentation is for end users of the Prudai Platform. The web app runs six personas:
- LEO
- LEO Fiscaal
- ZIA
- VERA
- BEVER
- IRMA
Next to the chat, IRMA has its own application for risk management and your ISMS: the IRMA app. ORDO (practice management for law firms) and MAIA (management information on your organization’s own figures) are available on request. For administration there are the Account Dashboard and the RAG Dashboard.
Goal: explain how the application actually works, not just which buttons exist.
Pick the right persona
Section titled “Pick the right persona”A persona determines the system instructions, the knowledge sources, the tools, and the questions in the specialization stepper. The app around it is always the same.

Workflows and research jobs work in LEO and LEO Fiscaal. You find them in the sidebar under Workflows and as a view inside a dossier. LEO Fiscaal has its own tax templates, such as Tax opinion, Tax scan, and Compare restructuring routes. See Workflows and research jobs.
In ZIA and VERA the onboarding tour does not start by itself; you start it through Redo onboarding tour in the user menu. In IRMA, Redo onboarding tour opens the guided tour of the IRMA app. See Onboarding tour.
The thinking-depth levels are Quick, Standard, Thorough, and Ultra. What your organization actually gets can sit below the ceiling in this table.
“Yes” for the Outlook add-in means the persona can have it. Whether it is switched on for you is your organization’s call. The Word add-in works in LEO, LEO Fiscaal, ZIA, VERA, and BEVER; IRMA and MAIA have no Word review function. See Prudai For Word and Prudai for Outlook.
What to keep in mind
Section titled “What to keep in mind”- The assistant can make mistakes. Always verify critical passages against the source.
- What you can do depends on your role in the organization (for example Owner or User) and on your active persona.
- The persona you pick changes more than branding: it affects the knowledge sources, tools, and navigation you see.
- At your organization’s request, Prudai can switch features off per persona, such as uploading, sharing, or the choice of thinking depth. See What your organization can switch off.
