Installation & requirements

For most Prudai users, “installation” means getting access to the web app and (optionally) the Word add-in. The relevant pages per topic are listed below.

  • Address: app.prudai.com, or the tenant-specific address Prudai gave you.
  • Requirements: a modern browser (Chrome or Edge recommended; Safari and Firefox depend on SSO settings) and an SSO account with the appropriate role (USER/OWNER/ADMIN).
  • First sign-in: see Sign-in & product selection.

The Word add-in lets you use LEO directly inside Word.

Importing and syncing documents from SharePoint works once your admin has set up the integration.
