Installation & requirements
For most Prudai users, “installation” means getting access to the web app and (optionally) the Word add-in. The relevant pages per topic are listed below.
Web app
Section titled “Web app”- Address: app.prudai.com, or the tenant-specific address Prudai gave you.
- Requirements: a modern browser (Chrome or Edge recommended; Safari and Firefox depend on SSO settings) and an SSO account with the appropriate role (USER/OWNER/ADMIN).

Microsoft Word add-in (LEO only)
Section titled “Microsoft Word add-in (LEO only)”The Word add-in lets you use LEO directly inside Word.

SharePoint (optional)
Section titled “SharePoint (optional)”Importing and syncing documents from SharePoint works once your admin has set up the integration.
- For end users: SharePoint.
- For IT admins: SSO (Microsoft) + SharePoint setup.
