Account & RAG dashboards

Next to the product web app (LEO/LEO MKB/ZIA/VERA) there are two companion dashboards. They are mainly for owners and admins (still user documentation, not developer docs).

DashboardAddressWhat it does
Account Dashboardaccount.prudai.comUsers, organization, roles, subscription
RAG Dashboardrag.prudai.comKnowledge bases and documents

The Account Dashboard manages who has access and to what.

Common screens:

  • Users & organization — invite colleagues, set roles (USER/OWNER/ADMIN), manage organizations.
  • Product access (entitlements) — decide which products (LEO, LEO MKB, ZIA, VERA) are active for your organization and per user.
  • Subscription & billing — Stripe-backed. You start with a 14-day card-free trial; afterwards you manage payment method and plan through the Stripe Customer Portal. New-user invites respect your plan’s seat limit.
  • Capability admin — a schema-driven screen where owners/admins toggle fine-grained capabilities per organization. Changes save automatically.
  • Memory — overview of what the assistant has remembered about you, with CRUD actions and a GDPR export.
  • Branding — organization name and logo upload, product labels.
  • Partner offices — directory for partner offices and the LEO-partner offering (only relevant if your organization joins the partner program).

When you need it:

  • onboarding new colleagues,
  • someone has the wrong role or is missing access,
  • adjusting product access or seats,
  • inspecting or exporting/removing what the assistant has remembered about you.

The RAG Dashboard is where you manage knowledge bases (KBs) and their documents.

Common screens:

  • Your own KBs — owners/admins create organization KBs and decide who can access them.
  • Document upload — besides PDF and Office files, the dashboard handles audio (transcribed via Speech v2), CAD drawings (DWG/DXF) and BIM models (IFC).
  • Description — the KB description is auto-suggested from the first document; you can always edit it.
  • Public library — browse the public knowledge bases Prudai ships with (e.g. legislation and curated case-law sets).
  • Non-public / proprietary KBs — KBs you explicitly mark as proprietary are excluded from shared and public views.
  • Personal memory store — a per-user long-term memory with automatic keyword extraction; backs the chat and research experience.

How it relates to the web app:

  • In Knowledge, owners/admins can jump to the RAG Dashboard to create an organization KB.
  • Documents uploaded here become available in chat and research (subject to access).
  • The exact URLs (account.prudai.com, rag.prudai.com) apply to the standard PrudAI environment. On-premise or customer-cloud installs may use different addresses — check with your admin.
  • In the user menu (top right of the web app), owners/admins have a PrudAI App shortcut to app.prudai.com.
  • On the organization access screen, owners only see products that are already enabled for their organization.
  • In organization system prompt settings, product choices are limited to LEO, LEO MKB, ZIA, and VERA, and the selector shows labels instead of raw slugs.
  • If you don’t have access, that is usually correct (role/policy).
